Damon Stafford

Damon Stafford is the chief executive officer and president of Alpine Intel. He drives the company’s strategic direction, executes growth initiatives, and oversees the executive management team. He is focused on providing industry-leading customer experiences through people, software development, and process automation.

Damon founded HVACi, StrikeCheck, and CCG IQ in 2011 prior to the creation of the new parent company, Alpine Intel.

Damon holds a degree in Business Management from East Carolina University.


Chris O’Neal

Chris O’Neal is the chief financial officer of Alpine Intel. He partners with the executive leadership team and the board of directors to allocate capital, align the organization on value creation strategies, set challenging financial goals, manage performance, and maintain an optimal capital structure.  He leads the finance team to optimize operating efficiency and ensure financial infrastructure guides decision-making throughout the company.

Prior to joining Alpine Intel in 2022, Chris held a variety of financial leadership positions in the semiconductor, aerospace, industrial technologies, telecom, and building products industries, most recently with Enpro Industries as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations, and as the CFO of the Sealing Technologies Segment.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration with Distinctions from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.


Reza Nikrooz

Reza Nikrooz is the chief revenue officer of Alpine Intel. He applies industry insights toward fulfilling the company’s commitment to its partners and spearheads the sales, account management, customer education, and resolution teams.

Prior to joining CCG IQ in 2015, Reza had a two-decade-long career in the insurance industry that provided him with a deep understanding of what carriers need from their partners for successful claims resolution. 

Reza holds a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is the chief strategy officer for Alpine Intel. He is responsible for strategic growth and process improvement opportunities that allow us to execute with optimal outcomes, high value, and at a fast pace.

Prior to joining CCG IQ in 2013, Mark held COO and CFO roles, founded an investment banking firm, and practiced tax and corporate law.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee, and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and North Carolina.


Corey Jackson

Corey Jackson is the chief technology officer at Alpine Intel. He leads the technology strategy for the company and oversees the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the software that keeps the company’s processes running smoothly. He works with the development and operations teams to create the right processes and tools to provide a secure infrastructure that meets the company and customer needs.

Prior to joining CCG IQ in 2015, Corey worked as a software developer both for an IT equipment vendor and for a company that aided in national security.

Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as a master’s in Computer Science, both from North Carolina State University.


Jeff Patty

Jeff Patty serves as the chief human resources officer for Alpine Intel. Jeff is responsible for leading overall human resources strategy; talent acquisition; leadership development; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; organizational design and cultural development; employee education and development; compensation and benefits; HR operations and technology; employee relations; and safety.

Prior to joining Alpine Intel in 2023, Jeff held senior human resources leadership roles within the industrial technology and service industry, including markets in semiconductor, aerospace, and life sciences.  Most recently Jeff held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for EnPro Industries, and he was responsible for leading human resources for the Advanced Surface Technologies Segment.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University and a Senior Professional, Human Resources certification from Human Resource Standards Institute.


Katie Roudabush

Katie Roudabush is the chief marketing officer for Alpine Intel. She leads all marketing efforts, communication strategies, and brand positioning for the company.

Prior to joining CCG IQ in 2014, she held marketing roles in the nonprofit and hospitality sectors.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from James Madison University.


David Riggs

David Riggs, PE, CFEI, CVFI, is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Alpine Intel. He leads the Engineering vertical, overseeing the operations of Donan Engineering, National Fire Experts, Donan CTL, BSC Forensics, and Mecanica Scientific.

Prior to joining Donan in 2006, David worked in mechanical engineering design and construction management. At Donan, he launched Loss Logistics, HVAC Forensics, a materials testing service, several national product subrogation programs, and grew the Component Testing Lab to the nation’s largest product liability testing service.

David graduated from the University of Louisville with a master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.


Chris Scallion

Chris Scallion is the executive vice president of innovation at Alpine Intel. He leads the company’s innovation agenda, guiding the strategic development and implementation of new technologies, services, and business models that enhance performance, efficiency, and market differentiation across all verticals.

Before joining Alpine Intel, Chris worked in engineering and building enclosure science. He previously served as Alpine Intel’s director of engineering and strategic initiatives, where he was responsible for advancing organizational performance through technical leadership, process optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from N.C. State University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
