Reza Nikrooz

Reza Nikrooz is the chief revenue officer of Alpine Intel, a U.S.-based insurance services platform serving the property, auto, liability, and workers’ compensation markets. He leads the company’s revenue-facing functions, including sales, account management, customer education, and dispute resolution, and brings more than 25 years of experience across the insurance and claims landscape.

Known for his strong industry relationships and practical commercial approach, Reza has spent his career helping insurers and claims professionals navigate complex claim questions with greater clarity, speed, and confidence. His work is centered on creating value through specialized expertise, objective analysis, and service models that support better decision-making for carriers and their partners.

Prior to joining Alpine Intel in 2015, Reza had a two-decade-long career in the insurance industry that provided him with a deep understanding of what carriers need from their partners for successful claims resolution. Reza holds a double bachelor of arts in political science and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
