Alpine Intel Announces Acquisition of Mecanica Scientific Services to Expand Auto and SIU services  

Industry Leader to Continue Innovation in the Vehicle Field  

CHARLOTTE, NC – March 20, 2025 – Alpine Intel, a leading provider of forensic investigation services for the property, auto, liability, and workers’ comp insurance industries, today announced its acquisition of Mecanica Scientific Services Corporation. This move is set to expand Alpine Intel’s portfolio by integrating Mecanica Scientific’s expertise in crash reconstruction, engineering analysis, and forensic investigations.  

Mecanica Scientific Services specializes in accident reconstruction, event data recording analysis, forensic 3D animation, crash testing, and commercial vehicle operations. Operating primarily across the West Coast and Southwest, Mecanica Scientific has built a reputation for delivering highly specialized solutions to law firms, government entities, insurance carriers, and engineering firms.
