In this session, we’ll explore the latest fraud schemes involving auto claims, red flag indicators to watch for, and proven investigative steps and raise awareness on the latest schemes you should keep an eye out for on your claims.

Curtis Whitfill, Vice President of SIU Compliance and CE Programs at VRC Investigations, will: 

  • Identify motivations behind fraudulent claims 
  • Define policy- and coverage-related auto fraud and describe accident, towing, and other schemes 
  • Provide tips on how to detect insurance fraud, including real-life examples and red flags that may indicate a claim isn’t legitimate
